Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using GSPickem (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What GSPickem is
GSPickem is a private, for-fun NFL picks pool. Members make weekly picks, choose a lock and an upset, submit a preseason slip, and track standings. The Service is provided for entertainment among members of a pool.
Accounts
You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for activity that happens under it. Keep your Google credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and use a handle that is not misleading or offensive.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to manipulate scoring, deadlines, or another member's picks.
- Do not access pools you were not invited to, or share join codes without permission.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the Service.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful gambling or where prohibited by law.
Picks, deadlines, and scoring
Picks lock at the scheduled kickoff (or market deadline) and cannot be changed after they lock. Points are calculated by the Service's scoring rules. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that schedules, odds, or results shown are error-free.
No affiliation with the NFL
GSPickem is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League or any of its teams. Team names and schedule data are used for identification only.
No money and no wagering
GSPickem does not process payments, entry fees, or prizes. Any side arrangements between members are solely their own responsibility and are not part of the Service.
Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GSPickem and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for any member who violates these terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
